Laugh your way to a healthier self

Not only is laughter yoga fun, it is great exercise! Laughter increases blood flow through our bodies which in turn allows us to have more energy and feel stronger. Prolonged laughter can increase the heart rate, just like going to the gym, only so much more fun.  Laughter yoga does not require any special props, just your body and ability to smile. When you laugh you look and feel younger!
